Art Zone Spring Break Pop-Art Camp

Art Zone invites kids to its Spring Camp being held April 10th through April 14th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm each day. Each day has a different themed activity, and pizza, pasta, and snacks are included in daily fees. Families also have the flexibility of selecting certain days from the week or attending for all five days. A sibling discount is offered as well. Camp is designed for children three and older and is also offered at their Hermosa Beach location.

Blue Starz Dance and Theatre
14330 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91423

Blue Starz is offering two different weeks of spring break camp to accommodate students who are on different spring break schedules. The first session is held from March 27th through March 30th. 3-5 year olds will attend from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm each day, while 4-8 year olds will attend from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. The second session will be held from April 10th through 13th with the same hours. Children will take classes in dance, acting, singing, and musical theatre. Each week concludes with a performance presentation!

Broadway Gymnastic School

Spring Camp is being held at Beethoven Gymnastic School from March 27th through April 14th. Their Youth Camp is designed for children 5-12 years of age. Children attend from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm each day. Kinder Camp is designed for children 3 1/2 to 5 years of age, and children attend from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm each day. Each day features a different theme such as Crazy Hair Day, Marathon Monday, and Springboard Into Spring.

Camp Santa Monica and Santa Monica Sports Experience
John Adams Middle School

Two different spring break camp options are offered in the city of Santa Monica between April 3rd and April 14th. Camps are designed for kids 8-14 years of age. Camp Santa Monica features a variety of ways to learn outdoors, including art projects, outdoor challenges, science, and more. Santa Monica Sports Experience features organized games, sports activities, and tournaments. Children can learn a new skill and build on existing skills all the while fostering a love of sports and the idea of fair play.

Camp Super Duper Spring Camp
1233 N. McCadden Pl., Los Angeles, CA 90038

Camp Super Duper is offering spring camp two different weeks, March 27th-31st and April 3-7th, and for added convenience families can opt to register for certain days rather than the whole week. Spring Camp offers special activities (such as Spirit Days and Fun Fridays) as well as a variety of activities including cooking, sports, science, yoga, and more.

Camp Wildfolk Spring Mini-Camp

Camp Wildfolk is offering two weeks of Spring Mini Camp, from April 3rd-7th and April 10th-14th. Camp Wildfolk integrates Project-Based Learning into each camp day. While each day is different, you can check the website for a schedule of a “typical” camp day. Ritual and tradition are important parts of the Camp Wildfolk way. 

Code REV Spring Tech Camp

Code REV offers Spring Tech Camp the week of April 10th. Families have the option of selecting a full-day schedule (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) or a half-day schedule (9:00 am to 12:30 pm). Students are placed in groups with children of similar ages and learn programming skills, Minecraft level design, game development, and robotics. Students provide their own lunches and snacks. Camp is designed for children 6 years old and older.

The Floor Dance Academy Spring Break Camp

The Floor Dance Academy offers Spring Break Camp the week of April 10th-14th for children ages 4-16. Classes are available in ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Snacks and water are provided, but children must bring their own lunches.

Funky Divas and Dudes Performance Art Popstar Camp
633 Kensington Rd., Santa Monica, CA 90401

Funky Divas and Dudes is hosting two week-long Spring Break Camp sessions; one from April 3-7 and the other from April 10-14. Camp is held each day from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and is designed for girls and boys, ages 4-11. Campers will need to bring a lunch from home. A variety of classes and activities are offered that all help encourage self-confidence, social skills, and physical health.

Got Game Spring Camp

Got Game offers its Spring Camp the week of April 10th through April 14th. Hours are 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (though extended care is available for an additional fee). Campers customize their own day, selecting among a variety of activities including sports, science, drama, dance, and much more. They will also be taking a field trip to the El Capitan Theatre for an interactive viewing of Beauty and the Beast.

Gray Studios Make-A-Movie Spring Camp

Gray Studios is offering two one-week sessions of acting camp in their Make-a-Movie spring camp March 17th through March 31st and April 3rd through April 7th. Campers will learn the secrets that make Gray students competitive in the industry. Whether your child wants to be a professional actor or they’re just interested in the arts and want a new experience, Gray Studios camp is not to be missed.

Kidspace Children’s Museum Spring Camp
480 N. Arroyo Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91103

Kidpace is offering two weeks of “Messy Mayhem” Spring Camp. Camp is designed for children 5-9 years of age and are offered the week of March 20th-24th and April 10th-14th. Families can also select between a full-day session (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), a morning session (9:00 am to 1:00 pm), and an afternoon session (1:00 pm to 5:00 pm). Kids will get messy as they get hands-on with science experiments, nature investigations, art projects, and much more.

Kinetic Theory Circus Theatre Camp
3604 Holdrege Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90016

At Kinetic Theory’s Circus Theatre Camp, children learn the fundamental skills of circus arts and learn about being a part of an ensemble show. Camp is scheduled for the week of April 10th-14th, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The week culminates with a special performance show on Friday.

La Brea Tar Pits and Museum Adventures in Nature Spring Day Camp
5801 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90036

If you’re not looking for a week-long spring break camp, the La Brea Tar Pits and Museum offers a two-day spring day camp on April 12th and 13th. Kids will have the chance to combine science with the arts as they participate in several hands-on activities. Camp is from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and campers are required to bring their own lunches and snacks. Camp is offered for kids in grades K-2 and 3-5.

Learn to Surf LA Spring Break Surf Camp
locations in Santa Monica/Venice Beach and Manhattan Beach

If your kids have expressed an interest in learning how to surf, then spring break may be the perfect time to start to learn. Camp will be offered from March 27th to April 14th for kids ages 5-12 and teens aged 13-17. Sessions are 9:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday (with half-day options of 9:30 am to 12:15 pm and 12:45-3:30 pm available at the Santa Monica/Venice location). You can purchase the days that work best for your family. Kids will learn surfing techniques with foam surfboards, bodyboards, and full-length wetsuits.  

Los Angeles Zoo Spring Zoo Camp

Spring Zoo Camp is happening the week of April 10th-14th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (with extended care options available). Camp is designed for children 4 years old up to those already in fourth grade. Camp activities include crafts, games, and tours all designed around a theme of the day.

Prime Time Sports Camp

Taft Charter High School in Woodland Hills

Prime Time Sports Camp is for children ages 4-14. During the week of April 10th-14th, kids will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports (basketball, volleyball, track and field, and more), special events, and camp classics (capture the flag, hula hoops, and more).

STAR Spring Camp

STAR is hosting a spring camp the week of April 10th-14th from 9:00 am to 3:00 each day, with extended hours available for additional fees. Kids will be involved in a variety of activities including science, sports, and the arts.

Zimmer Children’s Museum Spring Camp 2017
6505 Wilshire Blvd. #100, Los Angeles, CA 90048

Spring Camp at the Zimmer Children’s Museum is designed for children 3-8 years of age (children must be potty-trained). Families can select to pay by the day, or sign up for the full session (Camp is offered in two week sessions — April 10, 13, 14 and April 19, 20, 21). Kids will enjoy arts and crafts, music, movement, and more.
