As you may know, Sarah and I are undergoing the makeover of our lives. It’s not actually a makeover, it’s a Make Better. We are working with Celebrity Dietician Ashley Koff RD and Personal Trainer Holly Perkins, the Official Fitness Ambassador to New Balance. We are learning to eat healthier and making time in our busy lives to exercise more.
