Today MomsLA is revealing the dramatic Weight Loss Before and After photos of co-Founders Yvonne Condes and Sarah Auerswald. After 8 months of making the small, incremental changes that were at the core of the MakeBetter Challenge, Yvonne and Sarah are ready to show the world how far they’ve come.
With nutrition and fitness advice along the way from Celebrity Dietitian Ashley Koff RD and Fitness Expert Holly Perkins, both Yvonne and Sarah lost pounds and inches, toned up all over, and made healthy changes to their diet over the past 8 months.

Pounds Lost: 25

When I look at the photos, I can hardly believe I’m looking at the same person. The changes to my body are so dramatic, and although I struggled at points, I really feel like it was pretty easy to have made the changes I did. I feel fantastic, like I have a whole new body, and I would recommend this way of life to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves. If I can do it, you can do it!

At first I was feeling a little down on myself for not losing more weight during the Make Better Challenge. I didn’t have a number in mind, but I wanted to end the challenge with abs of steel. Then I saw the pictures and was shocked by how my body has changed over these months. I knew I felt better and my health had improved - I could run faster and my allergies were not as debilitating this Spring - but hadn’t really noticed how much more toned my stomach, arms, butt, and legs are. I don’t have abs of steel, but I’ve come a long way.
