Easter is coming up and it’s traditional to serve Ham. Plus it’s basically one of the easiest meats to cook ever. Here in Los Angeles, it’s traditional to use Farmer John ham. After all, they started here in Los Angeles in 1931, and they provided Dodger Stadium with the official Dodger Dogs for more than 50 years. Legit. But of course ham is a fine thing to serve anytime of year.
