Play area: 

There is one enclosed play area for all ages next to the parking lot. The playground was recently renovated so everything is clean and new with a rubber surface for kids of all ages to play on. The play area is close to the parking lot, which makes it convenient for parents with multiple littles or those who need quick access to the car.

Amenities:

Carlton Peterson Park is extremely family-friendly and easy to access. Just off the 60-freeway and nestled in between several neighborhoods, CPP has something for everyone. There is an enclosed skate park, a huge multipurpose field, a playground, benches, 2 baseball fields, walking/running trail, and two gazebos with BBQ pits. The park is also dog-friendly.

Parking: 

Free parking on the park premises and lots of free street parking around the perimeter as well.

Where to grab a coffee or snack:

Just over one mile away there are several shopping centers with fast food, coffee shops, grocery chains, drug stores and gas stations. Prepare a fun picnic basket for the park on the way over, or stop by for some pizza after a fun day of playing at the park.

Carlton Peterson Park is perfectly manicured and a great place for families, parties, sports teams and more!
