We All Grow Summit Storytellers

We AYvonne Condes telling her story at the We All Grow Summer Storytellers 2016

I did it. I got up in front of hundreds of people and told a story. I didn’t forget what I had to say. I didn’t fall down. I didn’t say anything crazy.

I got up in front of hundreds of people at the #WeAllGrow Summit and said this:

I had been nervous about talking in front of a crowd, but once I got to the conference I was surrounded by such love and support, I knew it would be OK. My blogger bestie (the blogger friend who came with me to the conference thanks to YouTube Kids) Lisa Quinones-Fontanez was amazing and so were the other Storytellers.

It wasn’t just Storytellers that made the conference so special. Everything was so well done thanks to Ana Flores and her team. The sessions were informative with great takeaways. They included mastermind sessions on google analytics, email marketing, and media kits sponsored by .Me and panels about Snapchat, Pinterest and blog design. The keynote panels were empowering and emotional especially Dove’s #SpeakBeautiful. It’s a campaign to get women and girls to stop sending negative messages about themselves on social media.

It was an incredible few days and I was thrilled and honored to be a party of it. To see the rest of the Storytellers videos visit Latina Bloggers Connect on YouTube. To read more of my story, visit YvonneInLA.

Disclosure: The Storytellers portion of #WeAllGrow was sponsored by YouTube. I received a ticket to the conference and a stay at Hotel Maya in Long Beach plus I was able to bring along my blogger friend Lisa Quinones-Fontanez. All opinions are my own, especially that #WeAllGrow was a fabulous conference.
