I love coffee and I drink it all the time and every which way – with cream and sugar, with regular, soy or almond milk or with sugared coffee creamer. I was sent a bottle of Leaner Creamer about two weeks ago and I’ve used it in my coffee ever since. It’s an all-natural coffee creamer with 10 calories per teaspoon.
As you can see from the picture above, I don’t need to use very much. A teaspoon makes it taste creamy and delicious. That’s important to me because I’m trying not too eat much sugar. I recently completed a sugar-free healthy challenge with friends and the minute the challenge ended I went on a sugar binge of epic proportions. So now I’m trying to be healthier again and eat less sugar and Leaner Creamer is helping greatly with that.
That’s not the only reason to like it. Leaner Creamer is headquartered in Culver City and was developed by Jonathan and Natasha Kashani. Jonathan was a lawyer living a healthy lifestyle when he noticed that even though he was working out and eating healthy, he would still use artificial coffee creamer. So he developed Leaner Creamer. The first ingredient is Coconut Oil and contains Citrus Aurantium Extract, Hoodia and Green Tea Extract, which are said to help speed up metabolism and suppress hunger. It’s marketed as a weight loss tool. I don’t know if it’s helping me lose weight, but I know that it tastes good, smells good and it’s stopping me from putting sugar in my coffee.
