No and Low-Alcohol Cocktails on Virgin Atlantic

As a parent, you may not always want to have alcohol, but do love a good cocktail. Seedlip spirits may be what you’re looking for. I tried Seedlip at the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse in Terminal 2 at LAX last week.

The cocktails were delightful – not too sweet, but refreshing and delicious. In an effort to reduce the amount of alcohol consumed on flights, Virgin Atlantic has introduced Seedlip cocktails in all cabins on Virgin Atlantic flights.
The Ruby Shoesday, which is a non-alcoholic strawberry Bellini was light and hydrating – just want you need on a long flight. We were treated to lunch at the clubhouse and the drink was perfect for the small plates including my pork belly with turnip puree.

Seedlip was created by Ben Branson in England to provide an alternative to alcoholic cocktails. The non and low-alcoholic drinks can be found in cocktail bars all over the world. They are blended and bottled in England and the cocktail mixers are zero calorie and sugar free.

The Virgin Atlantic Lounge was beautiful and is available for upper class passengers. The interesting menu included healthy dishes like this mushroom and miso broth soup.

The best part of the lounge was the beautiful view.

The lounge had plenty of seating and a lot of good light for working on a laptop or reading.
