We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications. If you take certain actions on the Website, Drip may utilize this to allow us to personalize the types of email offers that you receive. Retargeting Ads

The Website does not engage in any remarketing advertising, such as with Facebook or Google. 

Affiliate Advertising

The Website may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the Website. On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. How to submit a verifiable consumer request

You may only make a request under these rights twice in a twelve-month period. Your verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information (or that it is an authorized representative acting on your behalf);
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe, please email [email protected].

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of your request.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Nevada Online Privacy Law

Pursuant to the Nevada Online Privacy Law (“OPL”), Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of any personal information.
