Cookie Notice

Like most websites, MomsLA, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “MomsLA”) and our third party providers sometimes use cookies and other similar technologies to collect personal data and other information from you.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time. Cookies, as explained in the next section, can have various purposes and uses.

Cookies can also be classified in different ways. First-party cookies are set by the visited website and share the same domain whereas third-party cookies are set by a website other than the one visited and don’t have the same domain. Session cookies are temporary cookies that are erased when your browser is closed whereas persistent cookies are ones that remain on your hard drive and are not deleted when your browser is closed.

There are also other technologies that operate similar to cookies, like web beacons, Local Shared Objects (flash cookies), and web bugs.
