25 Driver’s Training Courses for Los Angeles Teens

Your teenager has their permit in hand and is ready to get some behind-the-wheel practice. The law requires at least 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training with a professional driving instructor if your child is under the age of 18.

(Still need to get your child their Driver’s Permit? Start the process on the CA DMV website.)

This list of Driver’s Training companies, also known as Driver’s Ed, will help your teen learn to drive, and help fulfill the requirements they’ll need in order to get their license. They’re located all over SoCal for your convenience.

You’ll need to find an instructor your teen feels comfortable with, and someone you feel confident will teach your teenager the skills, techniques, and procedures they’ll need to be able to pass their Drivers License Exam and serve as the foundation for a lifetime of safe driving.

Use this list as a starting point for your own research. And take a deep breath, Mom and Dad; it’s going to be OK.

This title should be 25 Driver TRAINING Courses for Los Angeles Teens, as this is a list for Driver Training not Driver Education. Driver Education is a written course you can take for free in high school or inexpensively online and you HAVE to complete this before you can even get a permit if you are 15 1/2 -17 1/2 years old in California.
