The All GIRLS Empowerment Summer Camp is hosted by SHIELD Women’s Self Defense System®.
The Camp’s main goal is for the girls to have the most fun & empowering time, while becoming proficient in self-defense skills, boost confidence, and become physically & mentally stronger.
This course will teach the girls on how to have confidence and how to be safe around bullies and strangers! They will know how to get away from a hair pull, grab from behind, chokehold, wrist grabs, and more! They will also learn how to do: Palm Strikes, Elbow Strikes, Knee Strikes, Kicking, Blocking, Takedowns, and Grappling! It’s awesome!
SHIELD has been teaching self-defense exclusively for women and girls in the past 20 years.
Open for girls ages 8 to 18 years old.

Shield Women’s Self Defense System® has been taught for Santa Monica Police, LA Co Dept of Public Health, Fox Studios, NBC, UCLA, USC, Pepperdine, Kaiser Permanente, Delloitte, BuzzFeed, Lionsgate, and various companies, government entities, schools, and private groups.
