Description:

The All GIRLS Empowerment Summer Camp is hosted by SHIELD Women’s Self Defense System®.

The Camp’s main goal is for the girls to have the most fun & empowering time, while becoming proficient in self-defense skills, boost confidence, and become physically & mentally stronger.

This course will teach the girls on how to have confidence and how to be safe around bullies and strangers! They will know how to get away from a hair pull, grab from behind, chokehold, wrist grabs, and more! They will also learn how to do: Palm Strikes, Elbow Strikes, Knee Strikes, Kicking, Blocking, Takedowns, and Grappling! It’s awesome!

SHIELD has been teaching self-defense exclusively for women and girls in the past 20 years.

Open for girls ages 8 to 18 years old.

Fitness by the Sea Beach Camp (FBS) is Los Angeles’ premiere and oldest beach camp (celebrating our 27th year) for children ages 4.5-14. Camp Wildfolk is a child-centered day camp with 2 locations: West Hollywood and East Valley. Wildfolk is project-based and truly unique- offering a balanced blend of structure and choice, with activities and staff campers are wild about!
