Whether you’ve got a house full of car enthusiasts or history buffs, if you’re looking for something fun – and free – to do with the kids this Summer, check out the Nethercutt Museum and Collection.
The Nethercutt Collection is the end result of a passion for collecting cars and a passion for history on the part of the Nethercutt family. Having made their fortune with the Merle Norman cosmetics line, they were able to spend considerable time and money on those passions.
If you’ve got Car Lovers in the family, check out the Petersen Museum.
The Museum and Collection both are free to the public. The Museum is open Tuesdays – Saturdays; the Collection, also free, can be toured by prior arrangement. Please visit their website for more information.
The Men in my family had a great time seeing the cars & cases of knick-knacks, and all three of them took the photos in this post.
