Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa del Mar have just announced a Valentine’s Day three-course menu available on Tock for take away! Couples can enjoy a choice of an appetizer, entrée and dessert for $95 per person – with menu options including Maine Lobster Bisque, Colors of Salmon & Caviar, Grilled Wagyu Short Ribs and Chilean Bass. I’ve attached the Valentine’s Day menu for reference. For dessert, lovers can experience the new Valentine’s Sweetart – a special treat featuring a light yet decadent almond frangipane resting on a swirl of passion fruit coulis. It’s topped with ruby red farmers market raspberries accented by edible gold leaf and topped with some tasty puff pastry love.
