Even if you can’t score one of the boat rides, you can still get a delicious, date night meal.

Since Valentine’s Day lands on a Sunday, the Birdie G’s team is cooking up two 6-course seasonal spreads and fun add-ons, available February 12, 13 and 14. The $89/person menu includes a Cheese Puff with chicken liver & hoshigaki, Wood-Grilled Beef marinated with beet molasses, Rocky Road Risotto and more. Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa del Mar have just announced a Valentine’s Day three-course menu available on Tock for take away! Couples can enjoy a choice of an appetizer, entrée and dessert for $95 per person – with menu options including Maine Lobster Bisque, Colors of Salmon & Caviar, Grilled Wagyu Short Ribs and Chilean Bass. I’ve attached the Valentine’s Day menu for reference. For dessert, lovers can experience the new Valentine’s Sweetart – a special treat featuring a light yet decadent almond frangipane resting on a swirl of passion fruit coulis. It’s topped with ruby red farmers market raspberries accented by edible gold leaf and topped with some tasty puff pastry love.

Finally, nothing says “love” like a Strawberry and White Chocolate Custard for dessert. Upgrade your pre-meal spread from Superba with a fully stocked Charcuterie Board – and wine pairings, too.
