They are famous for being a women-only fitness center with a 30-minute Circuit Workout combining strength training, cardio, and stretching. Chrome Cycle Studio is the “first indoor cycle studio in Westwood.” You’ll find “cardio-based, athletic workouts for all fitness levels.” Chrome culture is all about “restless brilliance,” and is “founded on the core principles of hard work, respect and genuine compassion.” (Keep in mind you’ll need to wear cycling shoes – shoe rentals are included in the price of your ride.) Each ride is 50 minutes long. An Introductory Class is offered for $10.
Hardcore Fitness Bootcamp

Hardcore Fitness Boot camp describes itself as “the Transformation Gym.” At this 11,000-square foot facility you’ll find an extensive schedule of boot camp classes which focus “on one or more muscle groups per day and mixes in cardio, core, and functional movements.” Additionally, a traditional open gym is available so you can work out between classes. Visitors can request a free 5-day pass to determine if this is the right setting for you to help you reach your fitness goals.

Started in Southern California in 1984, LA Fitness now boasts more than 700 clubs throughout the country (and Canada). You’ll find an extensive offering of classes (including belly dancing, hip hop, cardio jam, senior fit, and more), as well as personal training opportunities, and more. Keep in mind that certain amenities may not be available at each location so check the website for details. A “Kids Klub” is also offered at certain locations as well. OsteoStrong® is a unique place where you can go to improve your overall health by focusing on the one thing we all have in common: a skeletal system. OsteoStrong’s goal is to help increase bone density, work on posture and balance and reduce joint and back pain. At OsteoStrong “in just 10 minutes per week, you increase strength and bone density, improve posture, balance and athletic performance.” Check the website to request a complimentary session. They operate on an appointment-based system and provide a range of specialized services including nutritional support, personal training, and health coaching. If a big crowded gym isn’t appealing to you, this is a great alternative.
PRO-FIT 3

You’ll find an 11-station circuit workout at PRO-FIT 3 which combines “cardio, resistance training, and athletic movements to burn fat, build lean muscle, and rejuvenate your body.” There are no designated class times which means you can Work out when it’s convenient for you. Workouts are designed to be completed in 33 minutes. PRO-FIT 3 is a family owned and operated facility.
Breakthru Fitness

Breakthru Fitness is “Pasadena’s only full-service boutique fitness gym.” A variety of group classes are offered inclusion dance, cycling, rowing, boxing, and more.
