The free event features more than 60 summer camps and local businesses and includes games, face paintings, food trucks, fabulous raffle prizes and plenty of fun! Big Sunday’s 5th Annual Vets’ Night and Dinner

Big Sunday doesn’t just celebrate veterans on Veteran’s Day. Instead, you can join them on Sunday, April 15th from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm for their 5th Annual Vets’ Night and Dinner. Spend some time with vets from all over town, enjoy games and live entertainment, write letters to military personnel on active duty, and enjoy a community dinner. Additionally, comic books are being collected for Operation Gratitude to be included in their care packages sent to service members overseas. Families are invited to the Touch-A-Truck event happening in Santa Monica on Saturday, April 14th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. (A quiet hour, with no horns or sirens, will be held between 9:00 am to 10:00 am). This family-friendly event features arts and crafts, food trucks, and the chance for children to explore, climb, and touch all different types of vehicles. Tickets are available online and begin at $10 for a single rider or $35 for four tickets. Children two and younger are free.
