Gluten-Free at Dodger Stadium

Updated for 2026

There’s nothing like a Dodger Dog and a cold beer on a hot summer day. But if you’re gluten-free you might wonder where to find something you can eat.

Gluten-Free Food Options at Dodger Stadium

Dodger Dog on a Gluten-Free Bun
There are a few spots in the stadium you can find Dodger Dogs on a gluten-free bun. You can also get a Dodger Dog no bun (including bacon wrapped at Field Level section 8) anywhere they sell dogs.

Note: some stands also serve Kosher dogs, and some serve plant-based dogs.

Tacos
The tacos at Dodger Stadium we’re told are Gluten-free, and the nachos all over Dodger Stadium are gluten-free, even the giant ones in the Dodger souvenir helmet.

Tacos are a great way to eat Gluten-free (unless they’re not made with corn tortillas)

Elote
This is my favorite of all the gluten-free options. It’s corn on the cob topped with chile, mayo, queso fresco, and cilantro. You can find it at the Think Blue BBQ on the Pavilion Level.

Lettuce Wrapped Burger
It isn’t on the menu at the Elysian Park Grill, but you can order a lettuce wrapped burger.

Veggie Wraps and Sushi
You can find veggie wraps and sushi at Dodger Stadium. The spicy tuna roll, sushi combo roll, and the veggie wrap below are gluten-free (that’s without soy sauce).

Salads, Vegetables, and other dishes
There are plenty of gluten-free and healthy options if you have extra money to spend. The club level restaurants have gluten-free options including carnitas, roasted turkey, and many salads. Ask the staff to let you know what’s gluten-free.

Another Gluten-free choice is the loaded baked potato at Think Blue BBQ.

Items that are also gluten-free without a bun include Bratwurst, Brooklyn Dog, Dodger “Blue Heaven” Burger, Hamburgers/cheeseburgers, Dodger Dog, French Dip, Hot Pastrami, Kosher Hot Dog, Louisiana Sausage, Super Dodger Dog, Turkey Burger, and Veggie Dog.

If you’d like more gluten-free food available at the stadium, send an email through Fan Services.

Thanks so much! This is awesome information!

  • Diane says:

Great info. I’m wondering if their gluten free items stay gluten free. How are they on cross contamination? I get very sick from gluten and wondered if your husband does too. Thank you for sharing.

I’ve contacted the Dodgers and I’ll let you know what I find out!

      • Diane says:

Guess they never got back to you. Headed there today for the 1pm game. Might take some backup food with me. If you heard back please let me know.

        • Yvonne condes says:

I didn’t hear back, but I may have been emailing the wrong person. If you go to one of the places with gluten free hotdogs you might ask to talk to a manager/chef about cross contamination. I’ll try them again tomorrow.

Diane, I talked to Chef Tingley last week and he said that he can’t guarantee that there’s no cross contamination. But you can go to the club level dining area and tell the chef that you have Celiac and he/she chef will oversee the making of your meal. How was it when you went in May?

          • Diane says:

Thank you! It was great. I had a hot dog on a gf bun and felt great. I’m going back for another game soon. Nice to have options there. Have you been back?

Thank you so much! I’m a diehard A’s fan from the Bay Area (otherwise known as the best area). I’ll be going to a Dodgers game today; Saturday October 3, 2015 for the first time in my life! I googled if Dodgers stadium served gluten free and your article came up, God bless!

    • Yvonne Condes says:

So glad I could help! And by the way, I lived in the Bay Area and I can honestly say that LA is the best! You’ll see when you get here. Have a great time at the game!

  • Craig Yoshihara says:

Thank you for this! My wife and I love Dodger games and she found out she has a gluten sensitivity so this was awesome

  • Di says:

Yvonne, do you think the dodger veggie dogs are still gluten free? So hard to find meat substitutes without any gluten! Awesome to be able to get a die hard baseball fan a veg gf dog in a gf bun! Thanks for all that you do to track down safe food options.

  • Yvonne Condes says:

It doesn’t look like it according to this link. Bummer!! http://losangeles.dodgers.mlb.com/la/ballpark/information/index.jsp?content=guide#concessions

    • Yvonne Condes says:

The Gluten Free Hot dogs are in a different place than the vegan dogs, which leads me to believe the vegan dogs are not gluten free.

  • Kristy Manning says:

Thank you for providing great information! Thought I would have to sneak in my own GF hot dog bun so I could enjoy a Dodger dog. Can’t wait to try it. Appreciate your insights for a GF Dodger fan!
