For Angelenos who take their holiday table seriously, Maple Block Meat Co. is once again firing up the smokers for its highly anticipated Christmas Eve To-Go Feast, featuring its legendary Berkshire hams, bone-in prime rib, signature brisket, and full holiday spreads, all slow-smoked over fragrant peach wood. Each year, Maple Block prepares a limited run of holiday meats, sides, sweets, and house-made sauces for family, friends, and loyal guests. Orders must be placed by Friday, December 19, with Christmas Eve pick-up on Wednesday, December 24, from 11:30 AM – 6 PM, at the Culver City flagship.
