Just for the Kids

Kids and Families are in luck, because there are plenty of things to do at Westfield Century City. CAMP, which just opened this year, represents a new concept in retail: the combination of shopping and playing. CAMP offers classes and activities for kids (and their parents) as well as traditional in-store shopping.

Want to feel like you’re escaping LA traffic, or even this planet, but staying firmly on the ground in Century City? Take the kids to a VR experience at Dreamscape. This immersive experience has multiple adventures to choose from, ranging from alien creatures to deep-sea exploration.

What if you’d like to see your kids cooking in a professional kitchen? They can take classes at Little Kitchen Academy (which also offers Summer Camps), or Eataly, where you can also shop for imported delicacies and eat delightfully delicious food.

Need to get some work done (or just want to browse through your favorite store) while the kids are cared for? Check out BumoWork, with co-working, full-time and/or drop-in child care, and weekend camps.

Do you have an American Girl fan in the family? Their pop-up shop is now open at Westfield Century City, with their permanent store projected to open this holiday season.

Whether you’re trying to beat the heat or you’re catching the latest releases from our neighbors in Hollywood, AMC Theatres in Century City has got you covered. There are 10 screens, each showing a fantastic new movie, so there will always be great options for the whole family.

Bargain hunters take note: you can save 30% off tickets on showtimes earlier than 4pm, and members of their Stubs reward program get special discounts on Tuesday tickets.

Got teens? No problem. The Escape Game is opening this September, and it’s sure to be a big hit.

Dining Options

Westfield Century City has dining options from fast casual to fine dining, and with plenty of snacks and treats, too. With over 50 restaurants and food vendors to choose from, you’ll probably have a ball trying them all to find your favorites.

Just in the treats category alone there are foods to die for! Have you tried Brique French Toastery? (Get in line behind us!) Or one of our favorite local businesses – See’s Candies. There are brand new and unique options as well, like Mochinut mochi donuts, or Bake Cheese Tart sweets, or any of the Italian imports at Eataly.

But we cannot live on sweets alone, even if we want to, so there are plenty of terrific dining options for mealtime, like Javier’s, Shake Shack, Tender Greens, Terra at Eataly, Tocaya Organica, California Pizza Kitchen, and many more.

Back To School Shopping

We had to bring it up, even in the midst of Summer Fun, because before you know it, it’ll be time to get back to school. And that means shopping for outfits and gear, and Westfield Century City is a great place to stock up.

Stores like Macy’s, Nordstrom, Old Navy, American Eagle, Bloomingdales, Gap, Vans, and more, will help your kids look stylish as they head back to classes. And once they’re back in school, Moms and Dads can come back for some of their own shopping!
