Help A Mother Out Diaper Drive Twitter Chat 4/18 co-Hosted by Spanglish Baby #MomsLAChat

April 12th, 2012 by Sarah Auerswald

Join us Wednesday, April 18th when we co-Host a #MomsLAChat Twitter Chat with @SpanglishBaby for Help a Mother Out’s Mother’s Day Diaper Drive initiative. Our Prize Sponsors include, JOHNSON’S Baby Products, Kokopax, Zookies – and our Lead Sponsor is BabyHome.

Help A Mother OutSpanglish BabyHelp a Mother Out (@HelpAMotherOut) was founded to help get diapers to families in need. Did you know that you cannot use Food Stamps or WIC money to buy diapers? Or that you can’t wash cloth diapers in laundromats? Because of these and other barriers, many families are forced to go without diapers for their babies and toddlers.

It’s enough to break a Mother’s heart!

So MomsLA and Spanglish Baby are working together to get the word out about this critical need for diapers – and asking you to join in, spread the word, and Donate! In the month leading up to Mother’s day, from April 16th – May 13th, please find a diaper bank in your area and make a donation. And please DONATE to HAMO here on their Razoo page!

Plus if you like, you can get a special Mother’s Day card sent while you’re making a donation – how cool is that?

If we reach our goal of $500 during our Twitter Chat, a very generous sponsor will Match it! So be sure to join us on April 18th and be ready to make a donation!!

Please join our Fantastic Mom Bloggers on this Chat: @KimTracyPrince @SpanglishBaby @YvonneInLA @SAuerswald @SavvySassyMoms @Kulia
