Why Camp Kids Klub?

Have you ever thought, “Why Camp Kids Klub?” From our favorite songs, to hilarious games, special surprises and yummy treats, our camp has tons of unique traditions that campers look forward to each day. We guarantee that we’ll keep the energy high and the fun flowing throughout the camp day!

We believe that camp is an essential experience in a child’s life. Camp is about the feeling that anything is possible. Children should spend their time at camp on adventures and having dynamic experiences- learning, playing, making lifelong friends, and being surrounded by people that inspire them.

As our camp song says, “In 1995, Kids Klub arrived!”, and we have been perfecting summer camp ever since! Here are some of our favorite things!

Camp Kids Klub has three unique age groups. Pioneers, Mountaineers, and Teens On The Move.

Pioneers
Entering K-2nd Grade

The Pioneer group offers a traditional day camp experience with non-stop fun, caring and dynamic counselors, and creative, educational activities that you can’t find anywhere else!

Mountaineers

Get ready for an action-packed days filled with thrilling new experiences, epic field trips, and the coolest counselors! The Mountaineers will spend the summer making lifelong friends and building their self-confidence as they embark on endless adventures. Our incredible counselors give the Mountaineers the support they need to become mature, courageous, compassionate, and independent.

Teens on the Move
Entering 6th – 9th Grade

We realize campers of this age group are no longer content with typical day camp programs so at Camp Kids Klub we think out of the box!

Camp Med-o-lark

Description:

Founded in 1967 as a non-competitive, non-traditional arts camp, Camp Med-o-lark opened its arms to the creative, the curious, and the free-spirited. Building on the founding, we encourage and embrace inspiration, experience, collaboration, imagination, individualism, equity, and inclusion. We have created a second home for campers ages 8-16 to grow their artistic abilities and nurture their talents. Campers can design their own program and set their artistic goals in just one session.

Each day consists of six activity experiences with time a rest hour (we call “Chill Time”) before dinner. We also offer day trips, excursions, and special events that campers and staff create. There is also built-in time to play, be social, discover, relax, design, laugh, and breathe. By the end of their session(s), they are proud to share their creations with fellow campers, friends, and family. We offer (and continue to evolve) activities and experiences to promote self-expression, grow self-esteem, and build a foundation for lifelong creativity as they develop as young humans.
Situated on 50 acres within peaceful, natural surroundings in the Maine woods, Camp Med-o-lark is the ideal setting for personal expression and ensemble collaboration. Our camp is located on a gorgeous lakefront property that also houses a historic farm, creating a magical village that awakens the senses like few places can. It is an atmosphere filled with creativity, arts, music, Theatre, activities, energy, laughter, and fun, where friendships and memories form to last a lifetime.

Camp Wildfolk is a child-centered day camp with 3 locations: West Hollywood, East Valley (Valley Village), and a new West Valley location (Encino). Wildfolk is project-based and truly unique- offering a balanced blend of structure and choice, with activities and staff campers are wild about!
The spirit infused throughout camp feels “old school,” yet grounded in a mindful and intentional way of supporting and guiding children. Camp Wildfolk’s caring, silly, and wildly fun Guides are often cited as the #1 reason campers return year after year.
Wildfolk offers a variety of programs to tailor many age groups. Their main camp hosts 1st-7th graders with exciting electives and teambuilding opportunities. Campers choose 3 electives for each two-week “Classic” session: something active, something brainy, and something artsy.

Their specialized Young Folks program for rising Pre-K, TK, and Kinders sells-out early every year. The Guides-in-Training (GIT) program offers leadership opportunities for tweens and teens (7th-10th grade).

New this year are specialty one-week Makers Camps: Messy Makers (cooking + science), Mini-Mansions (dollhouse-style designing), and Board Games (creating their very own games to take home). Plus, they offer a few Adventure Camps to provide big thrills for kids looking to go on awesome field trips!

Wildfolk is well organized, thoughtful, highly communicative, and kid’s favorite camp to return to year after year. They offer Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer programs (plus parties!). Get Wild!
