Our curriculum is incredibly fun AND educational, focusing on strengthening STEM. It is even supported by educational specialists out of the Harvard Graduate School of Education and MIT Media Lab. We take great pride in hearing from others that we are the most educational tech camp out there. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean that we don’t allow fun at our camps. Our project-based learning model allows students to have a blast as they create their own unique projects using code, robotics, or digital art!

Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences is a leader in innovative academic, arts, and enrichment curricula for students in Kindergarten through 12th grades. Summer at Crossroads offers you the opportunity to experience a full variety of courses as unique as the school’s regular year programs. Students are challenged to develop skills, to enjoy learning, and to grow in areas of special interest while experiencing their “Summer at Crossroads.”

Summer programs at Crossroads are open to the public and provide progressive and fun K-12 summer camps, classes and programs.  No formal admissions process is required.  Need based tuition reduction is available.

SUMMER CAMPS KIDS LOVE. Galileo Innovation Camps for Pre-K – 8th Graders

At Galileo, we mix the fun of traditional day camp with thoughtfully crafted, hands-on projects in fields from science and engineering to the visual and culinary arts. Supported by the boundless energy of the best staff around, Galileo campers grow with us from pre-K through 8th grade, emerging as confident creators ready to express themselves fearlessly, lead boldly and turn their ideas into reality in high school and beyond. We call them Galileo Innovators, and they will change the world.

Camp Galileo (Pre-K – 5th grades): A four-week program with one-week options offering art, science and outdoor activities organized around inspired weekly themes.

Galileo Summer Quest (Entering 5th – 8th grades): Campers choose a different subject every week, creating go-karts, gourmet confections, robot pets and more in one of 10 majors.

Girls Who Code Campus

Girls Who Code Campus is a nationally-recognized organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in tech. Girls Who Code Campus is a NEW series of two-week summer courses for girls in 6th-12th grade. Each course dives deep on exciting new material, like iPhone App Development or Wearable Tech & Fashion Design. Your daughter will enjoy challenging hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and access to a sisterhood of other creative, ambitious girls.

Whether you’re passionate about coding and engineering or video game design and development, go from “enthusiast” to “expert” this summer at an iD Tech Academy. At these intensive two-week programs for teens ages 13–18, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Oxbridge at UCLA Prep Program

Are you in 7th or 8th grade? Join us in Los Angeles this summer for the Oxbridge at UCLA Prep program! Oxbridge has been welcoming intellectually adventurous students for over 30 years on our academic summer programs. In Los Angeles, students reside on the campus of UCLA and select a Major and a Workshop course from Creative Writing, Photography, Design, & New Media, Speech & Debate, and Augmented Reality & Game Design. Each day, students take part in chaperoned activities on and off campus. All meals are provided and our team is on-site 24/7 to provide for the well-being of our students. PlanetBravo Summer Camp

Techno-tainment Summer Camp runs one-week sessions Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm for students entering grades 2-9. Students sign-up for one week-long course at a time from the list of available options. Students who sign up for multiple weeks may take all different courses, or repeat some of their favorites, since all our classes have a wealth of possible projects to complete. Our most popular courses are YouTube Workshop, Roblox 3D Game Design, and Minecraft Modding. Each day is balanced with a healthy mix of indoor and outdoor activities, including afternoon sports, snack break, and the ever-popular computer games of Network Game Time. There are always multiple activity options during these times to ensure all students find something they enjoy. At the end of each week, we hold an open house where students can show off their work and are recognized for their accomplishments.
