AQUA SURF School provides safe, fun and educational surf camps for kids and teens ages 5 to 17. Our students develop lifelong skills, lasting memories and treasured friendships.

Our instructors tailor the experience based on the needs of each individual, while maintaining a group/family-style atmosphere.  We accommodate complete beginners to kids and teens learning at a pro-level.

We encourage everyone to have fun, let loose and be themselves.  It’s especially important for young people to learn surfing and water safety skills in a protected environment.  With this combination, our camps are an experience they will cherish forever.

Description:

Camp Description: Our debate camps teach the fundamentals of argumentation, enabling kids to develop core debating skills that boost confidence and self-esteem. We offer students the chance to improve their communication skills in a safe and secure environment. The curricula of our debate camps aim to equip children to structure arguments, prepare debate cases, research evidence, write rebuttal briefs, deliver speeches, and refute opponents. It will prepare them to join high school debate teams, Model United Nations teams, or speech teams. Not only will our students learn debating skills, they will feel an increase in self-worth, learn critical thinking skills, and improve communication with their peers.

Do you want to make your own potions like a wizard? Or, create your own space game using coding? In addition to themed group activities, various guest speakers, science experiments and art projects, students will receive 2 hours of 1:1 intervention using programs including Seeing Stars®, Visualizing and Verbalizing®, Wilson Reading, ST Math, Read Naturally, executive functioning programs and more.

We offer nine week-long sessions Monday – Friday from 9-2pm including snack and lunch. Additional intervention hours are available from 8-9am and 2-5pm. The summer sessions start on June 11th and end on August 10th (*Closed on July 4th).

Techno-tainment Summer Camp runs one-week sessions Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm for students entering grades 2-9. Students sign-up for one week-long course at a time from the list of available options. Students who sign up for multiple weeks may take all different courses, or repeat some of their favorites, since all our classes have a wealth of possible projects to complete. Our most popular courses are YouTube Workshop, Roblox 3D Game Design, and Minecraft Modding.
