Description:

Amplify Sleep Away Camp is a music and creative arts camp for girls. We are located on the Ojai Valley Upper School Campus in Ojai, CA. Girls choose between learning an instrument, forming a band, and writing an original song, photography and film making or journalism. In addition to their specific concentrations, we have several daily “camp” activities to choose from such as: Rock Climbing, Swimming, Zip Lining, Screen Printing, Music Video Making, Karaoke, Movie Nights, Private Music Lessons, DJ-ing, and more. Every day at lunch a Special Guest artist takes the stage and performs for our camp followed by a camper lead question and answer period. Our staff are recruited from all over the world and are world-class musicians and artists who enjoy spending a part of their summer giving back to youth through mentorship and instruction.

Astro Camp

Description:

AstroCamp Science & Adventure Summer Camp is an overnight camp located in the beautiful pine forests of the San Jacinto Mountains of California. Our trained, knowledgeable, and FUN staff will inspire your camper, helping them grow academically, socially, and personally. We’ve created a unique mix of science and space exploration activities like telescope observations, beginning and advanced rocketry, planetary and solar science, coupled with mountain adventure activities like camp outs, mountain biking, archery, rock climbing and bouldering to name a few. If you like fantasy adventure activities, plan for Dungeons and Dragons, LARPING, and other amazing role playing games.

AstroCamp is open to all boys and girls ages 8-17 both here in the US and abroad, we offer one week programs (ages 8-13) and two-week programs (ages 12-17) to meet the specific social, emotional, and educational needs and interests of our campers. Since the vast majority of our return campers say that AstroCamp is one of the biggest positive influences in their lives, AstroCamp’s staff strives to create a welcoming, accepting, nurturing, and mentally stimulating environment for all of our campers. This helps to explain why 70% of our campers, each summer, are returners and stay with us at least three summers.

Camp New Heights is a two, four or six week summer program for campers aged 9 through 17, located in Santa Barbara, California. Programs are personalized to fit individual needs with the focus of helping each camper build a better version of themselves and reach new heights. Established in 1922, Catalina Island Camps is a coed sleepaway camp who hosts campers entering 1st-10th grades from all over the world. Our programs are built around our mission of helping campers develop life-long skills through fun & unique outdoor experiences in a community that cultivates respect for self, others & the environment. During 1, 2 and 4 week sessions, campers have the opportunity to participate in a number of land and sea activities. Mountain Meadow Ranch Summer Camp

Description:

Give your kids the experience of a lifetime this summer on a spacious, 900 acre working ranch in the Sierras of Northern California.  Mountain Meadow is a unique, classic traditional, co-ed summer camp offering many activities campers can choose from daily.  Enrollment is limited to 120 campers to ensure a more personalized camp experience for each child and a family-like environment.  Friendships flourish and life-skills are acquired as campers take on challenges and new experiences with the encouragement of our college-age staff.  Two and four week sessions are offered, and kids ages 7 to 16 are welcome to enroll.  We provide staff-escorted transportation to/from LAX to Reno on specific flights;  from Reno it’s a short bus ride to camp.  Activities include horseback riding, animal care, archery, fishing, extensive high & low ropes challenge courses, 800 ft long zip line, campfires & songfests, water sports both on site and at Lake Almanor, backpack trips, hikes, weekend competitions and events, and so much more.  62 Summers family owned and operated, 3rd Generation Directors.  WAIC and ACA accredited, references available upon request.
